Step 01: Draft your post

Step 02: Post

Once your post is drafted, you're just about ready to send it off to your fans. First though, you'll need to decide who you want to reach.

1.  Select Targeting

Target by location

Reach your followers in a specific location to remind them about an upcoming show and boost ticket sales. Select the targeting option "Target by location", then indicate the geographic region you'd like to target: country, state/province, or city with radius. Keep in mind that geo-targeted posts will not be visible on your artist page.

Target by event saves & RSVPs

You can reach fans who've saved or RSVP'd for a specific event or multiple events. Select the targeting option "Target by Event". Keep in mind that event-targeted posts do not get featured on your artist page.

2. Schedule & Send

Perfect the timing of your announcements by scheduling posts to go out on a specific date and time. Click on the Schedule option and choose when to publish your post.

Once you've decided your targeting and timing, your post is ready to go! Hit post to immediately reach your active Bandsintown followers in their feeds and via email and push notifications. To maximize visibility, your post will also be featured on your artist page.
