The Goal

Orville Peck wanted to leverage his Bronco Tour announcement to generate excitement about his upcoming tour dates and grow his mailing list for future promotion.

The Play

Peck and his team set up two Promoted emails to reach followers when the tour was first announced, and later with an exclusive presale code. He also created a Post that would reach his fans via email, push notification, and be featured on his Bandsintown page. All of them directed traffic to his custom Smart Link where fans could view his show dates.

In addition to the direct messages delivered to followers, Peck also promoted the tour on his socials, redirecting traffic to his website, which featured the Bandsintown Widget complete with all of his upcoming tour dates and the capability to collect fan opt-ins.

The Results

Peck’s emails and posts sent through Bandsintown were opened a combined 105k times and, along with his social posts, generated 6.7k clicks to buy tickets, 2.3k new email addresses or phone numbers, and 2.9k new followers on Bandsintown.
